MARIA BERTOLONE

Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Maria Bertolone I was born and bred in Manchester, I started painting and sketching from an early age, many of my early attempts graced school walls and corridors taking first prize in many school art contests.  I then went on to have many successful exhibitions throughout the North West exhibiting in mainly local libraries which generated  lots of commissions and sales.

Since moving to Bispham, Blackpool I have continued to exhibit in local libraries successfully, again getting many sales and commissions. I have also exhibited in two galleries in St Ives, which was very successful for a number of years. I took part in the OPEN OPEN exhibition Swiss Cottage gallery, London in 2014 and The Something Wicked Art exhibition Side Street Studios Elgin Chicago. In honour of Sir Edgar Allan Poe October 2014, as well as exhibiting in cafes and banks.

My current exhibition is at Poulton Library in the glass cabinet 26/3/2016 until 9/4/2016 this includeds Miniature paintings, Small paintings, Greeting cards and stones with scenes painted on them.
